She is the calm in the chaos, the master of multitasking, the keeper of all the things , and the friendly face that holds it all together. From band-aids to budgets, parent phone calls to last-minute copies, she does it all with grace, humor, and heart. 🎉 Staff Spotlight Winner! 🌟 This week’s Staff Spotlight goes to none other than… Jennifer Fletcher! Jennifer is known for doing “all” the things—from helping plan for the end of the year to being absolutely awesome in everything she takes on. Her energy, organization, and all-around greatness keep things running smoothly, and we’re so lucky to have her! She will receive the coveted apple 🍏 and can head over to Mrs. Holyoak’s office to pick out a special prize! Way to go, Jennifer! You make it all look easy, and we appreciate you!

Reminder: Tonight is our Annual Ice Cream Social from 5:00–6:30 PM! Join us for a fun-filled evening to socialize with staff and fellow families. Check out the amazing K-2 art projects and 3-5 geography displays while you’re here. Ice cream will be available for $1–$3. We can’t wait to see you there!

Kindergarten had an egg-citing time with a fun and educational egg hunt! Look at these adorable little learners in action!

Our 3rd-5th graders had a blast celebrating the end of state testing! They enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon outside, soaking up the beautiful weather and playing games. A well-deserved break for all their hard work!

🍽️ Staff Spotlight Winner! 🌟 Let’s give a big round of applause to Ms. Tracey, one of our beloved lunch ladies and this week’s Staff Spotlight Winner! 🏆 Ms. Tracey is known for always taking care of the kids, being wonderful with them, and treating each child with kindness as they come through the cafeteria. Her caring heart and warm smile make a difference every single day! 💖 Thank you, Ms. Tracey, for filling both hearts and stomachs! 🥰👏

Show Low Junior High will be hosting an Open House Tour on May 6th from 5:30–7:00 PM for incoming 6th graders and their families. The staff is excited to meet everyone and welcome you to the junior high! In addition, the 5th graders will be visiting the junior high during school hours on the morning of May 6th for their own tour. We’re looking forward to this exciting next step for our students!

First Grade Welcomes Fools Hollow Recreation Guest Speaker! Our first grade students had an exciting and educational visit from a special guest from Fools Hollow Recreation Area! They learned all about bald eagles, baby eagles (eaglets), and the importance of wildlife conservation. The students asked great questions, shared what they knew, and were so engaged in the learning experience. To top it all off, they each became honorary Junior Rangers—a proud moment for our young nature lovers!

Good morning, Linden families! Just a reminder that the Navajo County Health Department will be at Linden Elementary today from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. They’ll be offering FREE vaccinations for students entering Kindergarten and 6th grade. Stop by if you'd like to take advantage of these amazing resources—we hope to see you there!

📢 Important Vaccination Update for Kindergarten & 6th Grade Students! The Navajo County Health Department will be on our campus Friday, April 11th from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM offering no-cost vaccinations for families in need! This is a great opportunity to ensure your child is up to date, as students entering Kindergarten and 6th grade are required to have updated immunizations. ✅ What to bring: Your child’s vaccination records 📍 Where: Linden Elementary Nurses Office 💉 Cost: FREE! Stop by and take advantage of this convenient service. A big thank you to the Navajo County Health Department for their continued support!

Good morning, Linden families, As you may know, we have implemented a new visitor sign-in and student check-out system to streamline the process. We are excited to introduce the Raptor Safe app, which allows for a quicker and more convenient check-in experience. By downloading the Raptor Safe app, you can create a profile by uploading your ID and taking a selfie. Once your profile is set up, the app will generate a QR code that you can use to check in at the office. Simply scan your QR code on the iPad, and you will no longer need to scan your ID or take a new photo each time you volunteer or check out a student. During setup, the app may ask if you have an invitation code from the school. Just click the option that says "Continue without" to proceed. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to enhance security and efficiency at our school. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thank you!

Allergy and runny nose season is here! 🤧 If you want to make your child's teacher's day a little easier, donating a few boxes of tissues would be a huge help! No one ever says no to extra tissues in the classroom. 🏫✨ If you'd like to contribute, you can send them with your student or drop them off at the front office.
